Questionnaire Regarding the Town’s Mass Gathering Ordinance

The Starks Planning Board is considering working on the Town’s current Mass Gathering Ordinance. The existing Ordinance regulates “...any meeting, festival, social gathering, political rally, or other event held with the continued attendance of 750 or more persons for 6 or more hours”.
